All events must conclude by 8:30PM with a hard stop at 9PM. Clean up must be completed by 10:30PM.
All events must be made public to the neighbors 15 days in advance.
No parking is allowed in front of Tears House or at One Cheesman Place parking lot. All violators will be towed.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property.
Events scheduled Friday through Sunday are permitted to use the nine parking spaces in front of the building.
Event attendees are discouraged from utilizing side street parking and highly encouraged to utilize public transportation services such as Lift and Uber.
Music is permitted inside the building at a low, ambient level.
Music is prohibited outside of the building.
Bands & live music are prohibited.
Alcohol must remain on premises. No alcohol can be brought to the park or offsite.
Consumption of alcohol much conclude by 8:30 pm.
Food trucks are not permitted.

EVENT REGULATIONS
No hanging, nailing, sticking, or puncturing of any kind to the interior or exterior of the building.
Confetti of any kind is prohibited inside and outside of the grounds and Cheeseman Park.
No outside food or beverage is permitted on the property unless previously discussed with property manager.
Live entertainment must be approved in advance by property manager.
All alcohol must stay on premises.
POLICIES
All Catering Services are contracted through Denver Union Station. Menu selections and prices are subject to change.
If you wish to bring in outside catering a fee will be applied.
All Food and Beverage is subject to a 25% Service Charge, 3% TMHPF and 8% sales tax.
All additional vendors must be approved by Tears-McFarlane.
Guest Counts due 7 days prior to event.
Rental fees must be paid in full as a deposit to confirm the date.
Food and beverage charges shall be paid the night of the event. Bartending services provided by Tears-McFarlane and Denver Union Station.
Rental fee includes access to Tears-McFarlane inventory of plate ware, glassware, cutlery, tables. Additional rentals may be coordinated, such as linens, specific glassware, or requested items.
